Yep! Modern Sprout is proud to offer in-house repairs in our Chicago Headquarters. If you think you may need a repair, try our 24 hour FAQs. We highly recommend starting with a factory reset. 

To complete a reset, unplug the frame for a full 24 hours to allow the LEDs to reset themselves. Remove the frame from your app if it has been connected to your app previously to solve smart technology issues including repeated connection difficulties, flashing lights, and unresponsive app-controlled habits.
